SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) In order for your website to be accessible to others, and to stand a chance in receiving a partially high place in say a google results search page, you will require some SEO. This is more a time consuming task and will be priced accordingly. However, some companies do not require SEO as they simply do not need their website to be at the number one spot all the time ie: websites that do not rely on sales through it, websites that are solely for information purposes, other reasons are that you have other avenues to advertise your website, such as handouts/leaflets etc. Price to be agreed upon requirements TBC (one off payment) 016

Whilst you may be thinking
"why does one page cost £130, and the remaining two pages are only in total £100"

i can answer that for you very easily and hopefully to your satisfaction. You will come to find that although the first page may seem more expensive than the others, this tends to deduce the costs for these remaining pages, because as stated in my rates, you will not be charged for duplicate images/logos/backgrounds etc, therefore the only charge you are likely to incur after the first page, is the "basic page and content charge", assuming that your website does not require different images on every different page which require editing/creating. If you supply me with images to input onto your pages, you will not be charged as long as i do not have to edit them in anyway.
The next question i hear you ask is

"why do i have to pay a basic page and content charge per page if you will be using the same template over and over again?"

Well the reason for this is that the charge is not only for the template, but mainly for implementation of the content you supply me. Implementing content into a webpage is not as easy as a copy and paste task. There are other issues to consider, for example positioning of images and text. All of this takes time and thoughtful coding.
